Participants have a choice of cycling from Regina or Regina Beach (30 km) or a Pilgrim Walk (Run) through Lumsden visiting all five churches, ending at St. Michael's Retreat for refreshments, and an outdoor Service of the Word. There may be an option of a longer bike route, depending on demand.
